Michael Moy, a 24-year veteran of the New York Police Department, is accusing members of Brooklyn 66th Precinct of supporting a frat house culture while demeaning Asians and other minorities, including Jews, reports the New York Daily News.

In a complaint filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Moy named several detectives including Anthony Carreira, who has been with the department since 2005, and James Dawson, a 25-year veteran.

Moy says detectives played a YouTube clip hundreds of times of a comedian mocking a Chinese accent. On at least once instance, the clip was played in the presence of a commander.

“[Sgt Gary Caporale] was standing right next to [Carreira], and he just went on talking about other cases. He didn’t put a stop to it,” said Moy.

Moy also said images of him were posted around the squad room with captions like “I take day off” and “kids got nothing for Christmas.” Moy is not Christian and does not celebrate Christmas.

Moy says Jews, Muslims, Indians, Mexicans, and gay people, along with African Americans, have also been targets.

NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information Phillip Walzak says the complaint is being taken seriously and will thoroughly be investigated.

Caporale declined to comment to the Daily News and the others did not respond to reporters requests for comment.
