Dancers create a video that brightens up the day

NORMALLY, I'd save this video as a TGIF FEATURE, but it is so-o-o cute and sweet (I usually stay away from using those syrupy adjectives), I couldn't wait to share it with you.

Musical Theatre alumni Amanda Phillips and Joshua Dela Cruz got together to film a dance reel five years ago. They never finished it, instead they started dating.

Finally with the help of friends they've finished the dance, taping in Manhattan's Central Park and complete with bubble special effects. Be sure to keep watching because "like bubbles, questions are popped ..."

Stick around after the routine is completed because the dancers do another take during which there's a surprise for Amanda that will be sure to make you smile. And we can all use a few more smiles before the political season goes into full swing.

The clip was taped by Angelo Soriano, another Filipino/American along with Joshua, both of whom are currently in the cast of Aladdin on Broadway along. Soriano posted the video on Youtube Aug. 10, MTV picked it up and it has gone viral.

(Apologies. You have to go to Youtube to activate the video.)

Ahh, an attractive couple in love, a sunny day and Frank Sinatra singing "You Make Feel So Young;" what more can you ask for? Congratulations to Joshua and Amanda! May your dance never end!

The dance by Joshua Dela Cruz and Amanda Phillips ends unexpectedly.
